• Bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds will be considered void.
• Any conflicting bets on the same event ("arb betting") will be voided upon detection.

Adda account reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member's account, at any time and without prior notice, particularly in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• If you are underage.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal rules; however, unused bonuses will be forfeited.

Adda account is not liable for any financial losses arising from betting. Betting is inherently risky, and each member places bets at their own discretion.

• Adda Account is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or internet disruption.
• Adda Account is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Adda account is not directly liable for betting addiction or mental health concerns, but we are committed to promoting responsible gaming at all times.

Adda account may update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes take effect, a notification will be posted on the platform and this page will be updated accordingly.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms.
